Nestled in the hills just north of Placerville on State Highway 193 is the little town of Kelsey. Originally settled during the California Gold Rush, Kelsey is one of the few remaining mining towns that still survive that era. Kelsey Bible Church, established originally in 1914, looks forward to soon celebrating 100 years of ministry to Kelsey and the surrounding community.
